Collected take away last night. I’ve loved their lasagna for over 30 years but last night was very disappointed. Hardly any pasta and hardly any meat. Just tomato sauce.

Best pizza in town but only if you can get through on the phone to order one. Very rarely do I get through in less than 30 minutes and 20 or more attempts. Normally just give up and order elsewhere. Shame must be loosing so much business.

When eating in, I didn’t expect my food to be served in a takeaway foil container with no plates! Really shocking. Food was ok. Interesting to read how defensive and abusive the owner was with other reviews. The woman that served us was great.

We ordered pizza pasta breads and profiteroles. Collected and got home to find the desert was missing…. Called the shop to have the most amazing service and rapid dispatch to our home. They went above and beyond and the food was all delicious Thank you so much

Used this take away for years, great food however went in last night and out of nowhere a man presume the owner came down shouting at.me saying I was causing a scene. The girl that was serving me was shocked at his behaviour... Sorry never use you again.... Disgusting

In the midlands town of Hinckley, there is a bar-restaurant reminiscent of an Italian village retreat. Oliver and Claudia make you welcome and can mix their own home made lemonade with ice that is truly refreshing. The atmosphere is relaxing, ideal for an end of day drink or just somewhere to meet friends.

I was completely let down and disgusted at the service received last night from Ponchinellos. Dispute being a regular customer after waiting 2 hours for our delivery I had to call up to chase the order. Initially being told the order had just gone out the door and was on its way to us. Then 10 minutes later I receive a call from them saying they had lost the ticket and the chef was now refusing to cook the order (the time was 8.30). I then asked to speak to the chef to be told he was too busy and hearing him in the background shout. I asked again to speak to him, where I would have offered to collect the order. We've been regular customers of Ponchinellos for 30 years but recently we've found it impossible to place an order by phone. You're now met with a recorded message from a nice Italian lady who says your call is in a queue but eventually you are directed to voicemail every single time. When you leave a message (we've left 3 in three weeks no response is received. We tried leaving an order and asked for a call back nothing. So today we thought we'd try again. We called six times between 12.30 and 4.00pm once again going through the answer phone rigmarole. We therefore decided to call in to place our order.
