Lovely Customer Service lovely staff and lovely food cannot recommend it enough and you can now bring your own drinks really worth a trip

I just bought an expensive takeaway only to get it home and to find very small portions and a bland tasting curry. I won't come here again. What a rip off very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

Some white fella punched me in the face. Then the owner attacked as I was trying to defend myslef. A litt!e sleepy waiter but me with a baseball bat. They then refused to call the police. Neil walker is the devil. Thanks. Anne the food is poor. I am Indian so....

Family meal celebrating a birthday. Was a great experience from start to finish. Nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and the food was top draw, we all had starters followed by some delicious main courses. Good range of drinks. was nice and busy which is always a good sign too. Will be back again soon

I have come here several times and found them good. I think this the second takeaway since the lockdown I've had. I noticed the price hike but as their special biriyani is actually very good (their food generally is) but it seems they have got in the habit of putting poor food in the takeaways. For about £4, I found 3 dry and tiny smaller than golf balls sized onion bajis for that part of the order. And of course having trust, you only find this when you get home. Price hike plus poor service go elsewhere.

Ordered online. The order apparently didn’t go fully through, only part of it. Got there and it was my problem. Talked about how the online booking service took 10% of the order. Then advised I had to call them and if I wanted our takeaway I would need to order again. At no point was there an apology, I was actually made to feel a little stupid in all honesty. Used to go every week/every other. I genuinely would not advise going there. Why sign up to an online booking service if you are going to moan about it. It surely was not the customers fault nor was it my problem? Perhaps i’m wrong. But was not handled well at all.

Popped in after a few years absence altho my son and other family members eat there regularly, it has always had good food good customer service but tonight took them to a whole new level. Had starters and drinks, ordered main meal having been given plenty of time to decide, food came, hot, succulent chicken with lovely hot fluffy rice. Service was excellent, no long waits no infuriating interruptions to see if we liked it during the meal, just perfect level of attention. That was without doubt the best meal with a superb level of customer service. Won't be long before I am back in there again. There was nothing they could have done that would have improved the whole experience. Perfection

Haven't used this place for around 6 years due to previous poor service but decided to give them another go yesterday. I ordered through Uber eats and received a notification to say it would be between 25-45 minutes. As it was a Friday night and I knew it would be busy I did not chase them until approx 90 min after placing the order, I was told they were busy but it was on its way, one of their drivers had the order and he would be another 5-10 minutes. Another 30 min later I called back again to complain, the guy was arguing with me as though it was somehow unfair of me to be putting them under pressure, food eventually turned up over 2 hours after ordering.On a positive note, the food was...
