"This is our first time dining here and it was by fluke that we came by this restaurant as we were looking for another gyoza place called L'Art de Ravioli. Ravioli Nord EST is equally tasty with very crispy shells but the filling was not as fluffy and loose as some of the other better gyozas. 10 gyozas, boiled or fried, for 6 euros. We chose the chives and pork and the pork and Chinese cabbage in both fried and boiled.We also ordered a starter plate for 4 euros of the squid and cucumber and carrot which was very tasty and refreshing. A large bottle of Tsingtao was about 5.5 euros. We would definitely return here because it is so close to our rental apartment and their address is 115 Rue St Denis. So close to Rue Rambuteau!"

I had a friend visiting from out of town who is totally okay with my obsession with Chinese food, and what better time to try the dumpling house that's roughly 300 m from my apartment. Why "dumpling house"? Well they make all their dumplings in house, and that's pretty much all they have on their menu. No rice dishes, no noodles soups. The closest variation is dumplings...in soup...I had pan-fried pork dumplings and my friend had steamed chicken dumplings. With a refreshing salad to go with your 10 dumplings for 9.50€ - hard to beat.

We did one lunch here and one take out. The place is small and industrial modern, the menu dumplings, salads and soup. We shared one lunch prix fixe of a noodle salad and steamed pork dumplings and added a soup. The soup was a plain yet tasty broth with a hint of lemongrass. The salad was tasty and the dumplings delicious. Probably would've been even better pan-fried, but decided to do it the less fattening more healthful way. The prices are really inexpensive...6€ for 10 dumplings. They were tasty enough that we went back for take out a week later.
