"My partner and I went to Red Dog Saloon for a date night and planned on going around nottingham for drinks after. We were going to make up a tray with added sides to share between us and started to order which we would like. We were then advised that we should probably get the carnivore tray for because you ended up playing more for less food if we were to build one...great! So we did. Anyway, when the bill came at the end and we were shocked! We have been charged for this carnivore tray for people with was PER PERSON not including sides (we thought between us originally because we were going to share a tray that would have come to about including sides at the beginning). The odd bill was payed and off we went, now not really being able to afford more drinks in nottingham. All in all something for drinks and mains was ridiculous and we won't be going back. Also the tray we had was worth between us, definatly not each."

The venue's aesthetic was very good which provided an ambient and chilled dining experience. However, the service was borderline atrocious as waiters constantly forgot drink orders and served our party incorrect food orders. The waiters were also very keen on removing tableware while people were still eating which is very unprofessional. Value for money is pretty poor compared to other establishments around the local area but I do believe if the service was considerably better the value of the entire dining experience would be lifted. Finally, we are very aware it is not the fault of any staff, but the experience was also tarnished by a group of twenty rowdy males which definitely ruined the...
