Friday night is a bit of a punt anywhere in east London as there can be an overwhelming number of drinkers in most restaurants, while this was probably true of Resident, the service was attentive and the food was superb. Couldn't fault anything about it, would happily go back.

The brunch at this restaurant was both delicious and healthy! The staff members were friendly, although they did forget one of our drinks and accidentally charged us twice for it. However, they were very polite and quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend this place!

We went here on a busy Friday night for 'Date Night' and was warmly welcomed and shown on our table immediately... we had the Black Angus Rump for 2 that was plentiful and cheap also a really good bottle of wine again favorable... would definitely recommend and have done to friends over the weekend to go in the future

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the portions are huge. The service is cheerful and attentive, and they have a well-selected wine list. The only downside is that it can get very loud, making the atmosphere feel more like a bustling pub than a quiet spot for dinner and conversation. Overall, still a very good experience.
