"this was booked a year ago by our family in the frame of a 50th high season jubilee gift, we overnight for Bed/Breakfast and dinner. we came a little early. 2.0pm, but we were told that our room was ready and we were booked immediately. from the moment when we went to the reception, the staff could not be more friendly and informative about our reservation and the facility that was available to us. the double room was large, clean and well prepared with everything we would need from a hotel this standards. after unpacking we decided to go to the cool drink in the bar again a very friendly smiling service from the barman. After we had a walk outside, the lands are well kept and the story about the origin of the anwesen were really interesting,We went to the restaurant for 7.0 pm and were courteously shown on our table, we ordered drinks and were shown the menu that had an extremely large selection, our waiter for the evening a young man named andrew, who had recently joined the staff in the restaurant excellent service. I can only describe the meal as excellent and well presented. the next morning we were shown on our table and offered drinks of our choice that were brought to us, the entire selection of food from the self-service breakfast was again excellent, we have no of the free time facilities available to us, i.e. pool, sauna etc. I can't comment on this. However, I am sure that we will return to the not distant future to offer us the friendly and very professional service of this hotel. many thanks to all employees for an unforgettable stay."

Staff were amazing especially Anna on reception nothing was to much trouble and she made the children feel very welcome. Family room beautiful and very spacious we enjoyed our 3 nights.

Can I just say, as a wedding guest yesterday, credit to the staff, they were amazing, nothing was too much hassle and they were there to offer a hand. Management want to be proud of the team, thank you for all your hard work and service.

Beautiful grounds and building, in need of a bit of TLC.The spa treatments were first class.Front reception staff wasn't very welcoming.The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient and the food wasn't bad.Our room was awful very dark and tired.

My husband's daughter was married here. The venue was spectacular, the reception food was wonderful.We couldn't have asked for a better room to stay in, it was outstanding. The staff were first class. All in all a fantastic day and evening do as a result.

we have recently been for an overnight stay and have previously not hesitated to book this time. during the review we were received room 19! from own power with personal rooms opposite! personal constantly in and out, sneaking doors and loud talks (including walkie talkie talk! felt like we would stay in a cheap blackpool b

Check in experience was excellent, the rooms were clean but a little shabby.The pool area, sauna and jacuzzi were good but the steam room out of order.The Spa was lovely and I had a very good massage.The restaurant is over priced, my dinner was good but my partners burger average.For 14.95 the breakfast was not up to scratch, under cooked bacon, low quality sausages. Items advertised such as grilled tomatoes and field mushrooms not available.The continental breakfast was nice.Staff all over were very good.

I and my partner have recently begun to look at high-time locations for our big day, and we came over redworth hall, we were blown away from the events coordinator, deborah all, from beginning to end, she was an ate of fresh air and made us so welcome, she was so knowledgeable and beautiful, a true credit to redworth hall hotel. we have decided not to book our high-time here, pure on budget, but I had to write this review in the hope that their management team will see this and give her some deserved praise. thanks for everything deborah. leah
