"Unfortunately, I was hoping to give Redworth Hall 5*, however, my room was not up to scratch and the food served as a wedding breakfast was cold and mine was bland. However, praise where praise is due, a meal served the day prior to the wedding was excellent, was hot and presented very well. Rooms: Our room was cold with a radiator that did not work. Our bathroom was also far from clean. Noteworthy details: The manager did accept the complaints made and did try his utmost to rectify them. I would try the hotel again, but inexperienced staff need training to resolve problems instead of just a sorry."

Lovely day /night at redworth, we did a spa day, massage, 2 course meal and bed and breakfast for a very good price.. Plus it was my birthday so they have us some vouchers for drinks, and put some chocolate in the room.. Lovely hotel and staff.. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

We held a formal dinner in The Great Hall on Saturday evening, with 77 guests for a seated dinner and dancing afterwards. I highly recommend the hotel, its staff, and the food, which was truly amazing. My guests had nothing but compliments for the service, the dinner, and the breakfast for those who stayed overnight. The food was served hot to the table, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I give Redworth Hall a perfect 10 out of 10. Rooms: 5
