"Restaurante de hotel abierto al público en un paraje cara al mar, a pocos metros. Nuestra experiencia quizás se aparta de los días más concurridos de verano: medio septiembre y entre semana. Viendo que en Portbou no había casi ninguna parte abierta para comer un poco correcto nos llegamos al pueblo vecino. Pasadas las dos fuimos los primeros clientes y más tarde sólo acompañados en la mesa de al lado por tres ingleses y una señora catalana que les invitaba y les contaba maravillas de la cocina. Pasamos a la comida: faltaban bastantes cosas, las ensaladas demasiado caras, el poco pescado existente, bueno; tal vez el postre lo mejor. Me sorprendió que al pedir una copita de vino la camarera viniera de otro espacio con la copa en la mano ya llena. ¿No se sirve delante del cliente? La pobre señora no sabía porvenir que les faltara la gran mayoría de platos que escogía para impresionar a sus invitados: Pues, así, ¿qué tenéis? . Por otra parte, entiendo que si no existe clientela diaria no hay oferta variada."

"that was our absolute favorite restaurant in the opposite. we used to drive 30 minutes to eat here. really delicious local products, reasonable prices, fabulous atmosphere, because it was always full. today we have changed our own and the place is. just not the same. these travel advice ratings do not reflect this restaurant now. the prices are now really expensive £20 for a main course, no menus. eating was really not good. tasteless salad, boiled meat and the sauce around the fish was unusable. the service was slow and not very welcoming. the setting is still fabulous and hard to beat, so maybe for a drink? I am really sad that it has changed, we will never go back."

"very nice place with the sense of reception and service. dishes are worked and with mastered cooking. but maybe a little too much work at the cost. explanation: our only regret goes on the entrance with the Saint-Jacques walnuts that were matched with bamboo. We understood well the similarity sought between the bamboo and the Santiago carved in the same mold, but we felt more like being in the presence of scallops than Saint James. Likewise, the broth killed the taste of the Santiago. a pity because the suite was perfect but we had an apprehension at the first dish. otherwise for everything else, it's perfect, up to the wine advice regarding our tastes. A real pleasure, then. with the possibility to eat outside at all times, even when it is cold, surrounded by glass wall that lets enjoy the view on the port."

"Ein etwas älteres schon in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Aber was heißt das schon, wir kommen doch alle in die Jahre. Auf jeden Fall hat das Hotel und die Zimmer nichts von seiner Atmosphäre eingebüßt. Es ist so richtig ein Ort zum Entspannen und wohl fühlen. Wir hatten ein Balkonzimmer und haben auf diesem viel Zeit verbracht und den Mondaufgang genossen. Parkplätze und der tolle Badestrand ist direkt vor der Tür. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt ist es Nachts vollkommen ruhig. Cerbere ist ein nettes kleines Örtchen in dem es gleich um die Ecke beim Hotel auch eine erstklassige !!!! Pizza gibt."
