Not terribly extensive menu but what there was was well presented and very tasty. Service slow but friendly. Like the touch of the old fashion menu where the ladies don't have prices! Fabulous room.

the restaurant is located in the cellar of the castle de monte. eating is of good quality, with excellent service. you can have small amounts of wine in 100cl tubes that are useful to try different wee.

a beautiful meal at 109-large and friendly service, menu has great selection and weinlist comprehensive. all our foods were excellent (if we had to be critical, the filet de boeuf was a little tough), but we could not mistake the setting or the rest of the food. thanks for a nice evening. the 109 of the castle of the feudal word is located in the cellar of this one. what may seem a wise choice becomes a flaw when the lighting is insufficient and the brick dust is too present. The room is sad and lacks charm. The service is not at all of quality, reception without hello, nor goodbye. Apparently no dressing room, since we didn't propose to take our clothes that we kept on the back of our chairs. We also had the unpleasant impression of disturbing each time we asked a question. shipping answers and little precise.What a shame, because the dishes are well presented, the kitchen is good. on the other hand, desserts are very simple and could be of a higher level compared to inputs...

Le 109 is a pleasant surprise hidden in the cellars of the imposing Chateau du Motte du Fenelon in Cambrai, where we stayed for the night. The Chateau itself, having a somewhat chequered past, has been turned into a characterful hotel, and we enjoyed our...stopover. The restaurant itself is a delight to enter. Stylish, smart, professional staff, ambient but unobtrusive chilled jazz music. But watch your head in the doorways! We were at our ease quickly. Having had a disappointing meal in blighty the night before we were ready to be treated. We decided to go for the Gourmet menu, which at just 29€ for 3 courses seemed the way to go.
