Le M - Speisekarte

We weren't actually at the restaurant but they provided the food for a private function. On that alone I would recommend this wee gem to anyone. Knocking a star off cos we weren't in the restaurant itself.

Very well cooked dishes with a good view. The map changes every week that allows you to come regularly. The reception and service are pleasant. I take off a star because the prices unfortunately start flying...

We went there as a couple on a nice evening. The service was excellent, the menu quite limited, but the food was excellent, beautifully presented and delicious. The tables are so loud on a platform in the street. A little expensive. Speisekarte ansehen

Delicious entry accompanied by a homemade grapefruit sorbet, surprising dessert with pear pear and popcorn sorbet completely homemade. Tasteful "matured" beef with perfect cooking, tender pork of a local farm, fish from the French fishing and wine map out of beaten paths justify the addition. Bravo to the two actresses of this excellent restaurant, they delighted us with the taste buds.

These photos testify to the many meals and evenings we spent at the M. The team is very pleasant, warm atmosphere as at home, kitchen and neat presentation. I am a vegetarian and every time the chef prepares me custom dishes, she adapts her kitchen. As for my companion who eats meat, fish, etc parties whenever the mixture of flavors is sought and surprising (in positive! The value for money is very good, it is our favorite restaurant in the region of Gex!!

It's Gex's restaurant! Everything is perfect: the atmosphere, reception, service, team, map and especially dishes. The Cheffe prepares and dresses these dishes alone and the result is magical: original dishes that taste. The products are local and selected according to the seasons. The map changes like time. Vegetarians will find their account with excellent dishes. Congratulations to the Cheffe and his server (the diver, of course), you deserve your first place and much more. Good continuation! The most interesting restaurant in Pays de Gex. Food is innovative and well prepared. I went for the two dishes with dessert, chosen by the cook. Fresh fennel, feta and orange salad, followed by sweet bread with Girolles, which I probably did not order, but they were delicious. Then choc mousse with Cèpes ice and Meringue sounds strange, but worked. The others had the fried egg and the risotto, which was very good. Then the beef in Filo, which was excellent and the beef in Pesto also very good. Will go again as it makes a change from the same food you get in other places.

Very good service! waiter interested in his work and the comfort of the customers the chieffe a little crude of deconstruction at first but remaining in the end sympathetic the card changes often and it is very nice to see always new products very fresh place friendly and clean we came three times and always happy with our past time the dishes are good and sometimes astonishing but always interesting associations of servers! The concept is to take several dishes, in fact, we, good eaters have taken two to three dishes (yc dessert) some will be satisfied that only one wine map is interesting and well advised from the recommended server!

The choice of dishes is quite limited, but it is understood by the dishes served extremely elaborate. From the beginning to the end of the meal was excellent, the foie gras was perfect, and the crunchy calf was very well garnished. The prices are about 16€ per apartment (see online map, which is in terms of very reasonable price quality. As indicated on the map, a single dish is not enough, I recommend two with a dessert (Where assortments were, in my opinion, uncertain and for the moment being too elaborate for only two desserts à la carte, but they can please.
