Delicious and generous. Very good experience in this beautiful place, pleasant staff, beautiful map and delicious cuisine close to a gourmet. A tip: Provide room for cheese trolleys and desserts.

Very good application restaurant. Young people are motivated and effective. The dishes are worth a star. One flat: the price of the wines with glass. 23 € a glass of wine of 10 cl !!!! Too bad because on a menu at 49 € it's almost 50% of the menu price for a drink.

Family meeting on 23 September 2023. Excellent day! Personal care. High quality service. Friendly atmosphere, funny, and nice. Perfect kitchen. Cheese and dessert carts are exceptional. After Vatel Nimes a few years ago just as perfect. I strongly recommend Vatel Lyon.

The food is excellent, the quality ratio price without equal! We appreciate the concept of hotel school and the will of students. I'm not hiding my disappointment at the end of my meal. Indeed, the beginning of the service was extremely slow and so we spent more than 3 hours at the table. The property offers a preferential package with a parking space for 3 hours. With this parking lot at 5min on foot we have exceeded by 10min these 3h, which has earned us the double price of the parking lot. When I wanted to talk to the manager (and suggest to extend to 3h30 4h the duration of the arrangement with this parking lot if the restaurant doesn’t think it is able to serve 5 people in less than 3h...
