"Food was absolutely awful. Cold, bland, absolutely no flavour, even the chips were rotten. Mint sauce yoghurt tasted as if it had soured. A main missing from order which whne we rang inform them they offered a refund which in hindsight was good as i can only imagine it would have ended up in bin with the rest. Extremely disappointed as we spent £60 for it to be in the bin. 5 for atmosphere as I was at home!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5"

"Visited at happy hour....the staff are super friendly, I ordered the potato skins, onion rose and Texas 2step. I think the happy hour portions may be slightly smaller compared to the pics in reviews.....but for this I am glad as there was more than enough and good value for money. 1st off the onion rose.....how can onion taste this good??! One of the tastiest things ive ate in a while. The ribs and chicken came out, the ribs were delicious and tender.....I thought I wouldn't eat the chicken goujons as was already full...but they surprised me how nice they were so ended up eating them all. All round great meal, definitely recommend."

"Called in Thursday lunchtime with husband. He had beef sandwich with chunky chips and gravy, I had prawn sandwich with chips and salad. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious, served by very friendly and attentive staff. There was a steady stream of people coming in for food as the pub seemed very popular. I would not hesitate to recommend this pub to anyone. Everything was absolutely top notch! Price per person: £20–30"

"Started off really well and went over to the counter and ordered a crepe with banana and Nutella and specifically stated no strawberries I also asked for a San Pelegríno still water as this was on the menu also. I was the first person to order and the last to eat in the end. I got brought my water over which was a cheaper brand water that I just paid £2 for what would I have liked to have seen ? We’ll when I asked for san pelligrino still water to be told that they don’t have that in. Finally my crepe comes and I take a bite and realise that it’s got strawberries in all the way through which I’m allergic too. One of my family members takes it back and says that I asked for banana not strawberry there’s a reason why I can’t eat it and didn’t want it on my crepe. Then 5 minutes later another crepe comes out that was my bitten crepe that someone had opened up and picked the strawberries out and put banana in. Disgusting absolutely … not sure if this was a mistake or just being stingy either way it’s not on. It then again gets returned because there is no way I am eating that and it gets explained once again there is a reason I can’t eat strawberries to which then one of the owners comes over to serve the correct crepe and apologise . I really hope a lesson was learnt today because cross contamination is not a joke. Please be careful when eating there. I didn’t get offered a refund but then again they were willing to serve me a bitten crepe again so it didn’t surprise me that much."

"The restaurant is dog-friendly and offers good quality food with generous portions typical of Northern cuisine. There is a wide selection of menu options, along with a few specials, which made it hard to decide what to order. The service was friendly without being intrusive, making it a great place to catch up with family and friends. It was quiet during our visit on Thursday at 6:30 PM, and not overly busy. The price per person ranged from £20 to £30. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4."
