delicious and nice dishes to look, good tips for wine, some of which are in glass. Original dessert with milk cream and ginger, delicious!

a very good address, with a small room and a very original and refined cuisine. A little expensive yet for unfilled plates, especially the inputs.

This is the second time I dine at shardana and I was as pleasantly surprised as the first time with a cuisine out of the beaten and succulent integers. I recommend without reservation.

I used to go to the restaurant Shardana, and over time the cuisine is banalized and despite a warm welcome, the dishes lack the flavour that characterizes this Mediterranean cuisine, it lacks sun and the original passion of this restaurant.

we had dinner for two nights in this cosy little restaurant: excellent dishes and well presented. pleasant atmosphere and family welcome. if you pass here don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the excellent sardaigne cuisine. and why not also excellent wines!!! soon

restaurant with few seating but welcoming places. dishes, both meat and fish, are presented with care and very tasty. the waitress speaks Italian and is able to explain the dishes that often change according to the imagination of the chef and according to the raw materials (very fresh) of which he has the moment. the price is correct and you can eat with 50-60 euros per head highly recommended.

really a very pleasant moment, a beautiful discovery. a wonderful kitchen and a welcome. We took the "degustation of the earth" menu, and we enjoyed it! the service and presentation of the dishes are done with great kindness and heart. I intend to go back and make this restaurant known to my loved ones. the desire to discover other dishes is immediate, even with full belly! I recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

A Sardinian restaurant. I actually gave it an overall 3.25. Tad above average. Sardinia has a lot of similarities as well as differences with their mainland brothers and sisters in Italy. They also have a lot of similarities with other countries including France, in particular southern France, and north Africa. In fact, they have a pasta called "fregola" which is very similar to couscous. I thought this restaurant was above average. The pasta dishes were delicious. Service excellent. I believe it's family owned and run. There were some tasting errors, however, that I can't overlook like the inedible saltiness of my entrée as well as the rancid walnuts (both easy fixes), but over-all, it's wo...
