Outstanding traditional restaurant serving dishes typical from Sardinia. The staff is Italian, and the wine list, coming only from Sardinia, is absolutely impressive! The food is fantastic, and the decorations of the restaurant quite original. The room is fairly small, so I'd advise to book. A nice plus: it's open on Monday evenings, unlike most other restaurants!

having lived and worked in italia I am always critical of the pseudo Italian restaurants in france that content themselves with clichés by adding an agreed storytelling and a pompous service, there it is worthy of the cibo bush that I knew Western: I was betting for a few days in the 15th, and I was looking for a place to diner, shardana, cuicine sarde,. I went there with curiosity and a bit by defaut, small intimate restaurant, creative card, report quality correct price, no rigor, attentive service, I had a great time and would return there without hesitation and as soon as possible !bravo ragazzi, keep up the good work !

A magnificent hidden gem in the 15th. We went to the restaurant on a Thursday in Nov 2022. We tested as starters : grilled octopus with the best potato purée ever (it was tender and smooth not over cooked) you feel the freshness ! ris de veau fried with a beetroot sauce it would have been slightly better with less breadcrumbs but it was good overall We had the opportunity to taste Sardaignan pasta: fragula with squid ink : absolutely YUMMY! Can’t describe it you have to test it raviolis stuffed with potatoes : may seem heavy and weird but it was absolutely delicious ! Their wine is really good as well and the tiramisu was very well balanced and airy! You have to Go try it ! Speisekarte ansehen
