Called home from York. Food and service very well. Young girl on the floor and entrance very polite and professional. Ordered the gluten-free chicken and bacon salad with a lateral order of the potato jacket and the Hunters chicken with chips from the main menu. The food was very nice. Will go back definately. I normally do not eat burgers as I've never had one without it being like a carpet. Can't have had one for at least ten years but for some reason I just fancied the bacon and cheese burger. As for the food, we enjoyed all three types of meat, along with some delicious pigs in blankets. The broccoli and carrots were fresh and perfectly cooked—not too soft or too hard—and the mashed potatoes were wonderfully creamy. The toasties were crispy and satisfying. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Great job, much better than Toby's!

Recently used the function room at Riverside Farm, Skelton for a family get together. This was organised very efficiently by Shane, with the minimum of fuss and great attention to detail. On the day we were helped by Mark when we came to decorate the room, he was fab! At the event we were attended to by Caitlin, who was an absolute star! The food was lovely!
