The Rocks is one of the most traditional restaurants in East Lothian. The food is top-notch and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate their customers, even assisting with portion sizes.

I enjoyed this restaurant, although I found it a bit difficult to locate at first. However, the menu was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The view of the sea from the restaurant was also wonderful.

For thoughtful, well presented and superbly cooked local produce in a relaxed but friendly and attentive environment with tasteful decor, the Rocks is an excellent place to eat. Not the cheapest, but far from over-priced. Spot on. Speisekarte ansehen

Lager drinkers are will catered for here as there seem to be at least five different craft ones on tap. The food looked very appetising, however, and there are lunch and evening deals on on weekdays so the effort will be made to get down for dinner one night. Eating it looking out over the Forth would I think be a memorable experience.

The Rocks is one of the classiest resteraunts in East Lothian. The food is first class and the staff go out of their way to assist you even to the extent of driving you home if you need a lift. If you are looking for a steak dinner you must try there fillet stake which melts in your mouth. The starets and deserts are just as apatising with a sticky toffee pudding which is the best.

Thoroughly recommended for its hospitality and relaxing atmosphere. We have stayed at the hotel on a few occasions when in this part of Scotland and have never been dissapointed. The restaurant and its varied menu is great. We would have liked to have tried the whole menu selection but either ran out of time or would have had to buy larger clothes. Accomodation is very comfortable and again we tend to sleep the clock round due to its peaceful location. Lovely staff and well run. Simply great. Speisekarte ansehen
