Coffee and cake was lovely, felt cake was pricey for the size. Cafe and staff were very welcoming and cafe was busy.

Fantastic Full English for £7,50. Excellent service and comfortable, warm cafe. I’d highly recommend to anybody visiting the area.

Good coffee and lovely home made cakes we went back again for more! If we are ever in the area again we will probably try out the breakfasts.

Very reasonable prices and the service is outstanding. Extremely well mannered young people working there and no sooner had we ordered and our food arrived at the table. Well done team.

If your a vegan or have a dairy allergy, go here. For a small village you will be accommodated and of very good quality. Staff are incredibly friendly and we look forward to visiting again

Couldn’t find anywhere open for breakfast in Keilder area due to time of the year, Saturday morning. So on the advice of owner at Anglers Arms headed here. Fantastic full English, all cooked fresh. Cooked like you would for yourself. Kids had a small one each and loved it. Wife had eggs Benedict and gave it high praise. Lovely staff. Reasonably priced.

We arrived in Bellingham mid afternoon but looking for a main meal. The only option we could see was the Rocky Road cafe, so we went in expecting sandwiches or similar. The menu was as expected, but the specials board had hot food we both had the beef pie which was made on the premises and was WONDERFUL. No room left for cake, but the display was so tempting we took a slice each for later. Great service, friendly chitchat as we ate, very warm welcome. We would certainly come here again and recommend it to any visitors in the area.

We were just doing the touristy thing in rural Northumberland and came upon this little roadside area with a monument , cafes and good parking, so stopped for a cuppa. We had toasted crumpets, fruit scones with the same and cherry and almond scones all served with fruity jam and butter All were lovely. The tea was a big teapot for two of us, and by the time he'd poured his weak bit out and I let the pot stand, it was really good flavoured tea Ambience was nice. We sat at a table by the window watching the world go by, so such a nice experience.
