Arrived on time but my chips were colder than my drinks and my medium peri wrap was plain as the bag it came in , I love eating in roosters but will not order again

eating in roosters is always amazing. I usually order the delivery, but made a rare trip to the city center and ate in today service was fast and polite and eating was as usual, delicious. keep her cheeky nando’s, I’ll glue each time with a saucy-Rooster

The manager was very disrespectful and did not answer our normal questions about payment. She even told us to leave if we were not happy. Managers like her should not be in the restaurant industry. Now I understand why the restaurant has such a bad rating. Speisekarte ansehen

If you live in Swindon and have not yet tried Roosters Grill Shack, you definitely should. It is a fantastic alternative to Nando's, and it's also a bit cheaper. The chicken is cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. The peri peri chips are outstanding, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fruit salad is one of my favorites, making eating salad enjoyable and not dull. I highly recommend Roosters Grill Shack.

I wanted something for tee after a day. I saw this on google maps and thought I would try it! I had the spiced lamb wrap and the spiced wedges. the wedges were very delicious, very good, even slightly salty. the packaging was good, but looked pretty cheap for the price. the plastiky burger cheese was used, along with a simple salat of salat, tomato and red wobble. the staff was very nice and helpful. so total 4 stars. brad

yesterday we drove 1 hour from bristol to this place to try a new halal restaurant, as arrived there were a couple of workers in the kitchen and no customer in the restaurant, we hoped for a rather warm welcome, but no one even told us hello. we had to ask them if we could take a place and whether we had to arrange ourselves on the theke or on the table. we had a groupon credit and it took forever to process as the person who claimed to have worked there 7 years was not sure how to call it through the up and had to call the manager who was not more friendly than others. in general, the employees were not pleasant and made us unwilling. Well what can i say, i am disappointed. I live in London and have tried roosters peri peri and no matter which franchise you go to, the food quality is the same. I checked the website and it says basically they are roosters peri peri without the franchise name. I went there and ordered 2 meals. The service was exceptional but the food quality was poor. The burger bun is ridiculous, it was the biggest seeded bun i have ever seen. The chips were atrocious, it was as if they had been double fried in some left over oil. Onion rings were okay. My partner and I went to this restaurant last night using a Meerkat Meals code to explore new places since we recently moved to the area. Initially, we were hesitant as the restaurant was empty and seemed to be more of a takeaway than a sit-down dining spot. However, we decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised! I have always loved Roosters. On this occasion (Friday 21st September delivery was very quick, we sat down and tucked into our food, however after taking the first bite of my meat free wrap (as I don't eat meat I discovered it was actually chicken!!! Okay so everybody makes mistakes but most people who are meat free would have kicked up a fuss more than I did.
