Prima di tutto personale gentilissimo e sorridente. Location fantastica, mozzafiato. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo preso dei gamberi all’aglio con uovo fritto ed erano magnifici. Buonissimi. Un’insalata russa di gamberi e anche questa molto gustosa. Delle cocchete di jamón iberico squisite e il controfiletto di agnello di ottima qualità e cucinato alla perfezione. Absolutely enchanted by SALITRE in Formentera! The staff are incredible, warm, and attentive, making both lunch and dinner experiences truly special. The sea views are breathtaking and complement the exquisite food perfectly. I highly recommend the red shrimp with egg as a starter, and do not miss the cheesecake with honey and lime ice cream for dessert—it 's heavenly. A must-visit spot for an unforgettable meal!
