"We were seated by a friendly waitress who took our drink and starter order. She spoke about Italy as she was from Sicily. However, she left halfway through our meal and we were forgotten about. After realizing we had not been served our main courses after 30 minutes, we flagged down a waiter who was unapologetic. Our main courses arrived 10 minutes later, indicating they were not put through properly. We sat with empty drinks and no server checked on us. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which seemed cheeky given the lack of service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning anytime soon."

The main dishes were enjoyable, although one was served cold. However, the starters and dessert were not to my liking. Additionally, the restaurant only offered alternative milk options, not regular milk.

Food was nice but nothing special. Waiting staff rushed us (cleaning the table when we weren’t finished, bringing the bill when we didn’t ask for it etc. . Table was booked for 90 mins but it was clear they wanted the table as soon as we were done to get the next people in. Nice location and atmosphere in the restaurant itself.

Of all the places to book we chose here, 18 mins in and we had to ask for a drink, it wasn’t busy, drinks then stater arrived it was very nice. Had to ask twice where our mains were , told first time they were making it , second time almost ready , eventually it wasn’t served and we had to leave. We had clearly been forgotten as the table next to us had both courses before us and they came after us . It wasn’t busy and plenty of staff.

The service at this restaurant is consistently friendly. We were seated promptly and our food arrived quickly. Despite not being very busy, we did not feel rushed to finish our meal. The food was delicious, particularly the tender focaccia with a crispy edge. I ordered the aubergine and wild mushroom dish, which could have used a bit more sauce as it began to taste slightly dry. However, the flavors were still good. To top off the meal, the tiramisu was absolutely heavenly.
