I ended up going to Can Domingo several times during my stay in Ibiza, not only for the great food, but also for the wonderful staff. The waitors where polite, knowledgeable and attentive, I definitely felt that I was in the best of hands. I’ve been to Italy several times, and it really felt like I was back. As you can imagine, the food was just heaven. The pasta, the vitello tonnato, raw beef, pizza and did i mention the pasta!? Its such a treat to actually get homemade and perfectly cooked pasta. Truffles are in season, so make sure you get the truffle addition to as many courses as you can. For thoes of you that love wine, Can Domingo has a very nice winelist, especially by the glass. So just sitt back either if its in the beautiful garden or inside the restaurant and enjoy a magical evening at Can domingo."
