While the meals were enjoyable, I felt the prices were a bit high. We spent £235 for six people, but we only ordered two appetizers and three desserts. We also had a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc for £28, along with two beers and two apple ciders, plus service charges. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful evening, though I wish I had come home with a little more money in my pocket."

Excellent spicy chilli chips on a very cold snowy day perfect. Could have been warmer in the bar but appreciate everyone is having to make cutbacks these days.

We enjoyed a lovely late lunch. We had to reschedule our reservation twice during the day due to a long walk, but they were very accommodating. The food was abundant and delicious.

Good pub food, I had the Sunday Roast and it was very nice. Friendly and welcoming staff but service was a bit slow as they had a large party in at the same time. Will definitely return

very pleasant pub, nice to have a fire to sit. eating was very good, but as with so many places in these days hot eating was served on cold dishes, so cools off very quickly! they simply wish restaurants/pubs would heat the dishes!
