"It’s a bit of a strange place. The stark white lighting and the look of the restaurant is benefiting a smart daytime pizzeria and not somewhere you’d necessarily go for an evening meal although the place seems quite popular with locals. One of the waiters spoke to me in English as soon as he heard my accented Italian which was welcoming and professional, both our waiters were nice and efficient. Our starters were rather disappointing, my octopus was very chewy and my partner’s “ arancine” were quite strange in flavour and texture. My partner has this thing about eating food that’s she’s paid for which is why she finished the dish. The carbonara she had for main course was another 3 out of 5 dish. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. My spaghettoni vongole was ok although they lacked flavour. The best thing I had was the ricotta tart for dessert, I could have easily had another portion. It’s a rather frustrating restaurant, nice staff, very clean but the food leaves a lot to be desired. There are much better restaurants in the area especially for their prices"

Esperienza sublime sia a livello culinario per la qualità/ricercatezza dei sapori, che per il servizio offerto. Secondo noi il miglior ristorante di Pozzallo. Consigliamo a chiunque passi da Pozzallo di provarlo per credere.

Locale accogliente, qualità eccellente, servizio molto buono e soprattutto fa sentire a proprio agio come essere a casa propria. Bellissima la verandina esterna. Per una serata piacevole in compagnia è perfetto , buonissima la pizza

Questa sera 16 giugno 2022, abbiamo cenato presso il rist. Shoreline, (bagnasiuga), di Pozzallo. Nome un po' insolito ma con una ottima cucina, a base di pesce, capitanata dal giovane chef Stefano Olindo. Tutto molto soddisfacente, peccato che, venendo da Trento, non potremo frequentarlo spesso. Un ristorante come pochi, unico, secondo me, a Pozzallo. Qualità del cibo altissima. Damiano è un direttore di sala eccellente! La spiegazione del cibo, l’abbinamento dei vini con le varie portate, le entrée dello chef! Un menù da ristorante stellato. Tutto il personale di elevata formazione e competenza. Lo consiglio al 1000%. Complimenti veramente. Tornerò al più presto!

un angolo di qualità ed eccellenza fuori mano. fuori del percorso turistico è questo luogo dove si ha la possibilità di apprezzare la qualità a 360 gradi servizio eccezionale e amichevole la cucina di ottima qualità prodotti tipici siciliani il personale trasmette la passione, la professionalità e l'impegno del loro lavoro. il conto è un rapporto adeguato alla qualità. Abbiamo trascorso una grande serata, sicuramente torneremo, lo consigliamo senza alcuna riserva. Complimentiamo il personale.
