Ordered 3 different meals with a special fried rice, fried rice and Chinese spring rolls. Speedy delivery and a terrific meal that we all enjoyed!

Nice evening out with good service from friendly staff. Food was tasty and arrived and placed on warmers so you can eat at leisure without food going cold.

Beautiful Chinese food. The best we have had in the Borders. Good sized portions and all cooked fresh. Shredded chicken in honey was amazing. Will be ordering another takeaway very soon. Speisekarte ansehen

The worst Chinese we have had would not even give it to our dogs. Just rubbish all went in the bin. I would not even give to my dogs.We ended up going to mandarin garden Peebles to order again.

Went for a take away at the weekend after about 6 months of staying away following a number of disappointing meals. Very please, the food was excellent! Things appear to back to the days of old, both the owners were in, which in my experience makes the world of a difference!

Had the meal for two as a take away and not impressed. The chilli chicken wings were not freshly cooked and of the three main courses two were very bland with both sauces being a bit gloopy. The third contained stringy and chewy meat that was meant to be crispy chilli beef. Interesting to note there appears to be little online presence and its difficult to find a menu enywhere so maybe that tells a story. Speisekarte ansehen

My husband and I went for a meal on Saturday night. We received polite , helpful and prompt service from the staff. We ordered spare ribs to start and duck and chicken dishes for mains. Tasty and generous portions. Would have given five stars if surroundings were nicer. It’s very clean but needs an update. We were the only people there on a Saturday night although we did arrive 8 30pm so people may have been in earlier.

Ate here recently after avoiding the place for a number of years following several really disappointing meals. Have to say though we were very impressed! Service was lovely and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Hubby likes his food spicy and they adapted his dish to his taste. It was also nice to see the place busy too as there’s nothing worse than an empty restaurant. Good atmosphere and we will definitely be back. Definitely would recommend.

Wanting a takeaway we opted for the set meal for two. The menu clearly stated there were three meat courses but when we sat down to eat we found there were only two provided and they were barely distinguishable: one was long strings of nondescript meat in dried out battery; the other was cubes of nondescript meat in the same dried batter. The sauces were distinctly average and everything was lukewarm. I see from the other reviews that some people had excellent food. We did not. This was the worst Chinese meal I have ever eaten and based on my experience I could never recommend this establishment. There are other places nearby.
