"This restaurant was a hidden gem. The food was incredible and the service was fabulous. We were the only ones there, but that was maybe because we were early. They hadn't completely opened when our 730 reservation time arrived. They stopped everything they did, put a table for us and cook us. An incredible meal. My only comment would be to go after 830. I would not take the 730 reservation even though they offer it. Very recommended!"

We were in Madrid for business and were looking first a nice place for dinner with typical food. The Sinciomadrid is a perfect place for this small place in the market . We took the Fideua, baked rice with cow cheeks and cheesecake as well as a nice white wine Albariño and Riesling and this was perfect. The waitress was vers pleasant and smiling.lively moment
