Smithfield - Speisekarte

We loved this restaurant so much that we ended up going back twice. The fillet steak was amazing and the onion rings were the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Smithfield Hotel is a great place for a meal and it's worth booking as we did. We enjoyed an excellent meal with attentive service. It's a handy place for attractions in West Mainland.

Stopped in to the cafe for lunch last week and it was fabulous. All freshly made and delicious. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will be back for lunch and also to have dinner in the restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

Beautifully cooked steaks, scallops etc. (We ate there twice). Very good service. My review seems to have gone on hotel page; we did not stay there. Just in case, I’ve reviewed again as the Smithfield deserves the 5* rating!

We stopped here for a couple of beers at the end of a fab day walking and sightseeing. Likeable bar staff, friendly atmosphere. Disappointed the cask was off and styled for local bottled beer which was good. Stayed for a meal starters of scallops...

I discovered this gem of a restaurant, especially on Mondays. The staff gave us a warm welcome and the lunch menu was delicious. I highly recommend trying the scara bray burger or the scallops. They also offer a variety of dairy and gluten-free options. Speisekarte ansehen

Located in the centre of Dounby, in the middle of West Mainland, Orkney. Hotel with cafe restaurant to non-resident. Friendly staff followers of covid restrictions. Had lunch in the cafe, requested table in the front conservatory area, as other room was quite dark...

First time eating here, was recommended by a friend as having some good gluten free options....understatement, the whole menu (I think) is Gluten Free friendly either with choices or alternatives. I personally ordered the Crab Cocktail and then the Fish and Chips actual battered...

This review is for a somewhat secluded and outdated pub and hotel. While we did not stay overnight, we did have a drink in the bar. The staff were friendly enough and the bar had a pool table, two darts boards, and simple furniture. The seating included nice old church pews.
