"we visited here (two) in juni 2021 after we have seen that reviews vegan options were available. there is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu with 5 vegan options (chilli, lasagne, thai curry, kichererbsen curry and pizza.) we tried everything except the pizza and enjoyed what we had. it is not fancy eating, but well satisfying lazy and generous portions. the only dessert option was vegan vanilleeis, but the waitress recommended a visit to the nah cocoa mountain for vegan tas (hot chocolate, chocolate croissants and handmade pralins.) updated by previous review on 2021-06-15"

the smoo cave hotel served a delicious vegan cicherebsen and butternut cries that I enjoyed very much due to the reduced staff!

Had a chickpea curry and Thai red curry on offer which tasted nice, as well as a vegan apple pie with ice cream. Usually more options but had run out of a few things I'm lead to believe.

pleasantly surprised to find a nice after bad offered in earlier visit. very friendly staff. I had the Thai curry, but other options included a cherry and spinat curry, baked kartoffel with selection of fillings and the pizza had vegan options. Speisekarte ansehen

Stop in Durness to find very little online for vegan and veg spoke to the lady we were staying with and she pointed us to here very local homie place and they had a vegan menu I had the veg lasagne and my partner had the veg Thai curry was very good would advice to stop here if your staying over

Frances, Hugh, and the staff at this restaurant are incredibly welcoming and lovely. They went out of their way to provide a great selection of vegan main courses and desserts. They even gave us red velvet cakes to take home, which was a very thoughtful gesture. This place is a hidden gem in the North.
