Southwold Reydon Chinese

Turned up at our b&b too late to get food in Southwold so ordered a takeaway from here. Very hot, quickly prepared and tasted nice.

Piping hot food delivered within 40 mins on a sunday night to our holiday home stay. Good value for money decent portions and tasty.

Ordered from heathside lodges at 5pm, Wednesday. The delivery only took 45 minutes. The food was absolutely amazing! Plenty of leftovers for what we paid for. Couldn’t fault the food one bit. I would definitely recommend this place.

I walked in ordered and payed.I heard ping,ping and 60 seconds later was handed my food!!! The food was terrible,the rice was clumped and not defrosted in the middle.The pork tasted funny and went Straight in the bin.The food hygiene certificates on the wall are in the old owners name's who I knew personally,shame they sold up!! Just had a Saturday Chinese, portions very generous and the delivery was so quick! Fold was hot and crispy. This was the first time we had tried it and will definitely be going back, 100% recommend lemon chicken the sauce on the side which increased the the rating as the chicken stayed crispy, duck chow mien was brilliant too, beef in black bean sauce was loaded with beef, and free prawn crackers. Overall no bad points to make and will 1000% be going back and will become our usual Chinese place.

We stayed at heathside lodges, a leaflet was left for this Chinese takeaway, on Thursday evening I phoned at 4.30 for a delivery at 6.30, at 7pm I had to call to see where it was, was told it was on the way, at 7.20 I phoned again, was told it was on the way, the driver turned up at 7.30, an hour late, gave me £5 back on my payment of £33, we were just glad to have food. This was the worst Chinese we've ever had, shredded crispy chicken was tasteless, the salt and pepper chips were stone cold. Will never order from here again.

We were staying at Southwold Camping site (end of ferry road) in a motorhome and ordered by telephone. I asked for food to be delivered at a certain time (19:30) rather than ASAP and lady said not a problem... Driver would meet me at campsite entrance... Paid by card over the phone... Exactly as promised, restaurant called me at 19:20 to say driver was on his way, and as I was walking to the entrance the driver had driven onto the campsite and met me halfway. Absolutely brilliant!! Food was delicious and plenty of it would definitely recommend and will certainly be using again when we visit Southwold in the future. Speisekarte ansehen
