Starbucks UK - Speisekarte

Went in for coffee and a bite, many tables uncleared, customers removing cups ect onto a single table. When staff came to clear they didn't even wipe down, leaving crumbs and liquid on tables. Coffee fine and food ok but poor presentation.

Pure incompetence from what I saw, not a massive line of people waiting but still took a good while to even take the order. They live to chat with one another regarding personal stuff, maybe that takes precedence over customers.. who knows.

I am a regular visitor to Starbucks and this one is just ok. It’s always very busy which usually means nowhere to sit down and whilst the team do their best the customers do not always clean away their rubbish which makes it look a little untidy. Speisekarte ansehen

I had a coffee whilst waiting for my partner to do some shopping. I noticed that in 40 minutes only one table (empty) was cleaned. The balcony which people lean on whilst drinking and eating was full of dust. This is disgusting during this pandemic

Love it. Easy to order, always clean or being cleaned. Staff are knowledgable about the offerings, take preferences into account. Does get extremely busy and the queue is very long at times but as long as you avoid that or have plenty of time it’s never let me down.

Went to Starbucks for coffee at about 2pm on 29 November. Ordered a latte and hot chocolate. Both drinks were luke warm and the hot chocolate was tasteless I have made better myself at home. The staff were not quick at getting the drinks out and a couple walked off without picking up their order saying not able to wait any longer. Speisekarte ansehen

Poor staff let this place down. Waited at the counter for the two girls with dark hair having a gossip before finally acknowledging they have a customer. Then didn’t listen to my instructions as the coffee wasn’t what I asked for. Maybe less time chatting while at front serving customers and more attention to detail from the staff. You chat on your breaks!!

Walk in and queued up behind a few others to be told we have to queue the other side, no signage to say where to queue. Was hoping to sit in as I ordered food, was told they’re not doing sit ins even thought there were several different groups sat inside. The person who served me was great, very polite. Hand sanitiser had ran out but that seems to be same with post places.

Oh dear. A COVID nightmare here. No one at the door to make sure people had masks on and were using sanitiser. After ordering we were all squeezed into a narrow channel to wait for our order. Tables had debris on them and I did not see anyone cleaning or sanitising tables as they were vacated. This meant that different groups were touching and moving on possibly infected tables.
