"this is our third time in london, the last time was 2019 for a week before the corona virus. we were at that time in this restaurant, the service and the food were so good that we went back there 4 times in the same visit. this time we arrived and booked in advance, we arrived and the whole menu is different. I understand that there has been price increases since the corona virus, but I would expect that if the prices rose twice, that at least the service would be appropriate. our waiter was very inkind and impatient. we felt like he didn't want to serve us and ask each one we frightened him. we waited for our appetizers for a long time and the main courses came before me. we had to ask about the court three times until we got it. we thought we were coming at least twice more to eat here on our trip and we will not return. even in juni, when we come back, we will not eat here because it is simply disappointing."

amazing steak, but what did you expect?! Honestly, hate the kitchen team because they really know how to cook. all food (including dessert) were incredibly delicious. the waiting team was also great. friendly and attentive, but chilled and not shocked at all. a very pleasant meal.

The food was nice but the restaurant was packed, uncomfortable seating. Also, we sat next to the entrance, which was freezing when people in and out. We asked to change seats but we are not allowed. It was an outstanding and shocking experience. The first time I have visited this place, as I am very judgmental with dining, I was sceptical at first. But the ambiance is very welcoming and charming which took me by surprise instantly. Amazing food and customer service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Pros: Friendly staff Lovely steaks Reasonably priced for high quality meat Great location Cons: The venue itself is small and overly crowded. Wouldn’t recommend it for a first date or a big group as you won’t be able to hear each other. Loud The tables were also very small especially when you have a drink each, waters, sides and then your main dish (the cook your own leaves you with even less space).
