Guter Platz. Toller Burger und fantastischer Service. Zum zweiten Mal hier essen und werde wieder essen! Top bewertet und empfohlen.

We visited it three time during our vacation. The hamburger was excellent. The soups were tasty. We ordered victator - 600 grams of local beef . It was excellent.

Veeery good steaks, prepared as asked (medium rare) - juicy and crunchy at the same time :) delicious! Ribs also very good. Fries a bit unfresh but who goes to a steakhouse for fries? Would recommend this place to everyone :)

I had a lovely steak, cooked to perfection with very yummy steak fries. The mushroom sauce was excellent as was the beer. The only down side was the salad wasn't fresh, it was wilted. Overall I very much enjoyed my meal and would go back again.

We went twice. The steaks are genuinely fantastic. Cooked perfectly to order and with a limited but good selection of sauces and vegetables. I can honestly say the steaks are amongst the best ever and for around €20 represent great value. The wines and beers too are good value and it has quite a intimate, homely feel.Only sour note, on our second visit, was the waiter who claimed they didn't accept credit cards. Odd, since I had paid that way on first visit. Anyway, having turned out my wallet and found insufficient cash, this was enough for him to fetch the machine. Guess what, no problem now. Visited this Steakhouse on a recommendation and enjoyed the experience. We arrived early evening on a rainy day so it was not overcrowded. Not too sure on the provenance of the cowboy theme but the staff were suitably dressed, attentive and efficient and helped, along with the setting, to provide a good dining atmosphere.The menu offers ample choice and we deliberated for some time - eventually selecting a Victorator and a slightly more expensive Flank steak. The Victorater was superb and whilst both were cooked as ordered ( med-rare) the Flank steak was not worth the extra. We went here our first night in town. Got in late so was just grabbing a quick burger and then planned to come back another night to enjoy a nice steak. After reading the reviews I had been looking forward to it. The burger was ok, not bad but nothing special. The issue was when it came time to pay. First I was told they couldn't take American Express (even though it was listed on their door as being accepted,) then when I paid in cash I was told they didn't have change? It wasn't a lot of money so I told them to just keep it but it felt like a scam and not an honest situation. Who knows for sure but what kind of restaurant doesn't have any cash to provide change? We went to the Steakhaus Rauchkuchl based on previous reviews. We were staying just up the hill so it was only a two minute walk from the hotel. There is no doubt about the theme of this restaurant as once you've entered it's like an all American rodeo show! We arrived around 8.30pm on the Saturday night and were surprised that there were only a few tables occupied. We sat in the smaller non-smoking section but could've sat on the adjoining outside terrace if we so wished. We were given a nice, courteous welcome by the waiter.
