Small but very sweet café, lovely setting and a decent choice of food and beverages, nice polite and helpful staff too!

Lovely cafe, friendly helpful service and our food was freshly cooked and came out piping hot. The hot chocolate was delicious. Will go again.

Superb food, a great find. The lovely gentleman serving us couldn’t do enough and even gave our dog a plate of sausage. Will definitely be returning. Very impressed.

Lovely little cafe. Had a sausage sandwich. Lovely fresh bread and 'proper ' pork and leek sausages. Very nice. Shame we don 't live nearer as I 'm sure we would visit again.

The staff were lovely. The food was great, when it arrived. The extra pot of tea we ordered took so long that we had to leave. Really glad that they're busy, but some stuff needed yo be slicker. Speisekarte ansehen

Small family run cafe, great tasting food and presented well. The cafe was clean and popular with the locals, I would recommend… p.s thanks to the chef who made scones specially for us since they ran out!

Have eaten there several lunchtimes now. Food is always freshly cooked and the menu is reassuringly small. Daily specials are always interesting and often quite unusual. It 's also remarkably good value for money. Both the owner/chef and those serving are friendly and helpful. It is a far better place to eat than the many out of the freezer into the microwave places which seem to be everywhere.

A small, but friendly cafe. Great food and energetic chef in the kitchen. What really set this place apart from many others was how they dealt with errors in service. I ordered a bacon, brie and onion ciabatta. When it arrived they'd forgot to add the bacon. When I mentioned it, they immediately brought me our the bacon, and said my meal would not be charged for. Not only did the food taste great, but the way the dealt with the mistake was exemplary. Hence this being a 5-star rating. Speisekarte ansehen
