Subway - Speisekarte

I was the only person in the branch. Stood for 5mins waiting to be served got fed up of waiting and left. Priority given to online orders hence the wait..

Not a bad little subway. A small amount of parking directly outside and can get a bit tight for manoeuvring if you have a large car. Good service and friendly staff.

Was greeted by a touchscreen and when I tried to order i couldnt customise how I wanted it, I was told thats just how it is now . I voted with my wallet and left and wont return, thats just how it is now!

Shower of shi Always messing orders up, cheese on the wrong sub, completely different toppings to what we actually ordered, they only thing they seem to get right is the size…. Phones up, nothing we can do, joke

Just went in to buy sandwiches and was greated by ordering machines. I asked if I could orderer at the counter (shop was empty) told no I had to use the machine. Found it very confusing and walked out. Seriously is service so difficult? I won't be using this shop again.

Ordered Dorito's lightly Salted Nachos. What arrived; a bed of flaming hot nachos (they we're red), barely any cheese and much more smaller than what you get in store. Really, disappointing as it must be one of the easiest snacks to make and you could tell, it had just been thrown together. Also always something missing on the order. Plus, hardly no cheese on the cheesey nachos going worse this place. Disgraceful to carry the Subway name.

They have brought in touch screen ordering and it's a nightmare. I was clearly struggling (as was everyone else) and I asked if I could order with the person and she basically said no. So I continued with the order and then she had to make it anyway!? But I wasted 5 minutes on the machine. Then she made 3 Uber eats/deliveroo orders in front of mine. I've also ordered from this place and it came smashed up and bent. Unfortunately the service and food in this subway is terrible compared to others.

I was I the brunch on Broadway waited in line, asked if I could order at the counter I was probably told to use the machines. Unfortunately I was a cash customer machines do not accept cash as a disabled man in my 50s who is dyslexic and unable to read the machines properly, so I had no breakfast no food, out of embarrassment, having to leave the store empty-handed and then going to McDonald’s a bit further up the road. I think subway needs to encourage their stuff to provide a far better customer service, not all people are able or willing to use the machines provided very unhappy customer

Been coming in here off and on for years on the way back from both kids football matches. Not been in for a while but popped in this morning after a match in Rochdale. Unfortunately the shop has changed and they now have machines where you have to order, I was struggling with machine as it wouldn’t do the combination my son wanted which is literally both types of cheese, machine would only let you order one type. Asked at till if I could order there but was told to use the machine so after trying again I saw my ar@e and gave up and drove all the way to my regular one at openshaw. There was only one customer in the shops who was sat down and who had already been served. Can’t believe I couldn...
