The vindaloo at Sweet Lemon is spicy enough to bring tears to the eyes of even the toughest individuals, with tender potatoes and flavorful chunks of lamb. This is a dining experience that should not be overlooked.

I had the pleasure of visiting Sweet Lemon, an amazing Indian restaurant recommended by a good friend. My experience was excellent as the staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Feeling unsure, I decided to visit Sweeter Lemon based on the positive reviews. I live in Bexley, so it wasn't too far of a trip. However, on my way home, I noticed that one of the dishes I ordered was missing. I called the restaurant and they admitted their mistake. They offered to give me the missing dish for free, as well as an extra chicken dish for my trouble.

The restaurant has been here for over a decade and it keeps on surprising with its wide selection of Indian and Nepalese dishes. It's one of the best restaurants in the neighbourhood, a rather cozy place with a subtle background music that doesn’t disturb the conversation. The service is always excellent, we're being welcomed with huge smiles every time. Chicken makhani is amazing!

Every time I eat in this restaurant I forget what a gem it is. The prices are so reasonable with good size portions and exceptional taste. I have tried many other Indian restaurants in the local area but from now on this is a must for me as it ticks all boxes! I wrote the above last time I was here and didn’t post it (thought I had) but had the urge to comment tonight again as realised what a great experience I have each time I eat here. The ambience is perfect for a mid week meet-up with a friend. Great food, great service, reasonable prices all round. Cannot wait for my next visit as the food was divine! Speisekarte ansehen
