I called Tartin 'art for his catering service. I would like to add a moment of post-obseque conviviality to Dijon's Crematorium with brioches and pastries. I was very happy with the performance. Everything was perfect, clear exchanges, a delivery in all points in line with expectations. In these challenging moments, each positive element or detail becomes true support. Thank you. I strongly recommend.

I took my croissant and a coffee to accompany this one. The classic coffee that still tastes the bark of the sheath. The crescent I was scared! At the end texture between croissant and brioche even if the taste tends more towards the crescent. I would have liked more the sensation of the leafing but the taste of the butter makes me close my eyes on it.
