great food and excellent service. we have a tab on a Saturday night without problems.

The food was delicious and the service was great. My friend and I had a wonderful dining experience.

After an early evening post-Christmas theater dinner, the restaurant was quite quiet. Despite initially losing our booking, they quickly accommodated us through OpenTable. The atmosphere was pleasant with ample seating and festive decorations. It was a bit touristy, but provided great people-watching opportunities. Overall, a nice experience.

My boyfriend (now fiancè took me out for a lovely meal here before popping the big question later that night. There is no area of our dining experience that we could fault, it was simply amazing. We were both very impressed especially when we received free dessert as it was our anniversary. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a classy restaurant.

So who is it who is giving this review ? I don’t usually write reviews, but I was compelled to do so after my visit here. I work in London, eat regularly within it. My regular places I eat are J Sheekeys and The Beaumont Hotel. Service at Terrace, was unconfident and s l o w. Food is poor. The Terrace would maybe be good for a coffee or drinks and nibbles. We were looking forward to dining here as the photos of the restaurant looked lovely. Initial impressions were good. The restaurant looked lovely and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say the food was value for money. Especially when we paid £6.00 for a fresh mint tea!! I am happy to pay for quality food but we both felt the meal was very over priced. I don't think I could recommend this to others.

When we arrived they told us the terrace restaurant was closed for refurb work . We were shown to a large room with no windows. It was like being at someone else's wedding?? There were hardly anyone there . They offered processco as a way of apologies this never appeared. They took ages to take our order and the staff didn't seem to understand our requests. They did however take money off our bill at the end after we complained . I won't return.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Terrace on Piccadilly! The food was delicious and well-portioned, with prices that were reasonable for London, especially in the West End. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. When I mentioned that it was my girlfriend's birthday when booking our reservation, they surprised us with a complimentary extra starter and dessert plate, both with 'Happy Birthday!' written on them in chocolate sauce.
