A brilliant pub lovely food , polite and helpful staff, nothing is to much trouble, best of all one of the best views in Norfolk

The staff are wonderful and the food is excellent. This is my local pub, and I love having a place where, as soon as you walk in, the bartenders are already preparing your drink!

Beautiful clean room, amazing view, very warm welcome. The lady that checked us in was so friendly and great with our children. Very comfortable stay and we can't wait to come back! Speisekarte ansehen

Lunch party booked for 12-30..as usual I arrived early. So had a Latte while I waited. Then moved into restaurant, looked after by two lovely waitresses, especially when the birthday girl arrived. 12 out of 10 for friendliness.

Nice stop off after visiting Wells. Arrived after a really busy day as the weather had been lovely so was surprised everything was still available on the menu. Enjoyed one of their chicken burgers with homemade onion rings and coleslaw which was good value for money. A good place to watch the sun go down.

Nice country style pub, with a great view of the beach. Staff were friendly and chatty. Everything was OK, food was decent, only complaint ordered a medium steak but came very well done, rest of the plate was good grub. Wide selection of drinks. My mom called yesterday; she has limited mobility, but everything was fantastic! We enjoyed the crab salad, the beautifully prepared butter potatoes, and the house salad. After our banana splits, she was thrilled, and I was too! The food was excellent, the service was quick, and the staff was very attentive. Thank you to the Old Marine! We will definitely return because it was so easy to bring my mom along. It’s a lovely place to eat with a magnificent view and delicious food. xx

I chose the sit down restaurant with table service at The Mariner. (They have three dining areas Outside on the patio, Pub, and Restaurant with table service dining. Friendly and helpful waitress. The restaurant decor is sadly lacking it felt a bit like dining in a cafeteria/food hall. The food I simply ordered a sandwich (Chicken, smoked bacon.and mayo . It was a substantial serving size. (Presented and sized in typical Bar Food style too large for me. The only complaint I had was the long wait to get to ask for the invoice and to get to pay.

I visited this pub today based on a friend's recommendation, and having a pub dog adds a great touch for us. The place was quite busy, but we were able to find a table outside. We ordered drinks and food at the bar, and both bartenders were friendly and polite. We opted for the fish and chips, which arrived within 10-15 minutes of ordering—fantastic service! The portion size was generous and definitely worth the money. We plan to return later this summer. A tip for parking: while the pub has its own lot (only for residents), there's a smaller beach parking area next door that's cheaper than the city parking near the RNLI center. Speisekarte ansehen
