This pub is usually great but let down when the younger generation can flood the pub. Vaping and ineffectual bouncers. Get a grip or we'll have no Wetherspoons in Maidenhead

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff argued with us and were extremely rude. I will be taking this issue up with the head office of the establishment.

Absolute abysmal service at bar yesterday at 2pm. Totally ignored by all three staff members who were not under any pressure at all. I did not stay after intending to have lunch. They should visit the King Castle at Windsor or even the Falcon at High Wycombe to experience good customer service.

We live locally and come here at least once a month. Staff always helpful when ordering on the app but would be a good idea to ask customers if food was ok as you have no opportunity to complain. My food was cold so not the best night we have had there. Temperature inside pub is also freezing if you sit in wrong corner. Could have been so much better.

During our visit to this Wetherspoons location in the area, we found it to be quite different from others we had been to. Unfortunately, half of the beer selection was unavailable, the food arrived cold, and some of our order was missing until we inquired about it. Additionally, the men's restroom was in poor condition, with toilet paper blocking two of the urinals. Overall, while it is a Wetherspoons, it did not meet their usual standards. Speisekarte ansehen

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. We had to ask five times for our desserts to come out. When my dessert finally arrived, it was still in the wrapper. I had to ask twice for spoons, and then for a plate. Despite ordering extra custard, I had to ask for it twice. The manager came over but didn't do anything to resolve the situation other than offer a refund. He claimed the extra custard was on a different dessert. I would not recommend visiting this place unless you absolutely have to. Avoid at all costs.

This restaurant had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My food was served cold and the chicken was undercooked. After asking for a manager three times, I finally spoke to an uninterested manager in a green dress who made the situation even worse. I had to go to the bar to inquire about a refund, and there was no apology offered. Despite being busy, this level of management is unacceptable. It is a well-known fact that Wetherspoons does not offer exceptional service, but this experience was particularly disappointing. I will be contacting the Environmental Health Officer to ensure the safety of other customers. My overall experience was extremely disappointing.

My wife, dog, and I were dining outside at a spacious seating area when we enjoyed a very affordable pint and whisky and coke. However, we were informed by a young staff member that dogs were not allowed on the premises, claiming there was a sign on the door or on the website. When we checked the door, we found no such sign. We spoke to the manager, who arrived with the staff member in question. After asking to see the sign, the manager seemed to defer the decision to the staff member and left. There was no mention of dogs not being allowed on the website. We are unsure if the pub owns the pavement outside, but we recommend taking your dog elsewhere to avoid any confrontations.
