"I do not understand the rating here. I came across this restaurant because I was looking for something open very late. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the atmosphere. At first I thought it was just nice compared to other places open that late, but after several days I realized that it is a good place compared to any restaurant in Paris. I have tried the tuna appetizer, the chicken dinner, the pasta dinner and the burger and they are all good. And the desserts are fabulous. Compared to other restaurants, I do not think that the prices are high for the quality of the food. In fact, for what you get, I think the prices are good compared to others. The atmosphere is a very nice, a little bit dark setting with not a large amount of seating inside, but also there is a heated patio. I have only been late so the music is loud and there is an upscale bar atmosphere. I am not sure whether or not it is like that earlier in the evening, but the loud music is ok, it gives it a lively feel at night. There is a gentlemen that appears to be the host or the manager that is wonderful. He makes you feel very welcome and provides excellent service. I will definitely go here again."

Found this place on open table, strange that i cant find it on trip advisor though. The place itself was very cosy and romantic, good music. Service was okay, although we felt rushed, our starter came out in 5 minutes, closely followed by mains, we asked to wait a while before ordering deserts and you could tell they wanted us to hurry up, they also didn 't pour our wine, which was poor. Food options were very miss matched, we didn 't feel like any of the menu went with starters, mains or sides, and wasn 't very well put together. Also starters were the same cost as mains strange!
