The Blue Lion - Speisekarte

Had a very nice Sunday lunch here with my family today. Food was excellent and portions good. Value for money. Service was good as they were very busy.

Just had a superb lunch at the Blue Lion. My lemon posset was absolutely delicious. Pan fried king prawn Caesar salad excellent too. Thank you for being our brilliant local.

Early Sat evening as they had a large party in, food really good, fab portions sizes, not expensive, put the previous nights pub to shame. Highly recommend. We will definitely return. Speisekarte ansehen

Character pub with friendly helpful staff and good beer. Had the burger which was perfectly delicious, caramelised outside and pink in the middle. The chips were excellent crisp and moist.

We booked a meal for two for Wednesday lunch time and ate inside. The meal and beer were excellent. We had starters of king prawns and bread and olives We both chose sea bass as the main meal. They were large and tasted delicious.

After struggling to find somewhere close to our hotel for food. The blue lion saved the day. Even though the were busy they managed to accommodate us and provided wonderful service and food. We are definitely glad we kept on searching and found this little...gem. Speisekarte ansehen

Visited on an early Tuesday evening when they do a special menu at for two including a drink and desserts. Very generous portions and desert for sharing was more than plenty too! Excellent service and we didn't feel rushed even though by the time...we left at they were very busy.

What a fantastic menu. Very English. Great choice of Sunday roasts. of us enjoyed our meals. I had lamb roast which was so very tasty. I then had pavlova meringue which was delicious. My granddaughter had cheesecake which was the best ever! Thank you...so much from us all. J Altan

Hello, my parents and I took my Uncle out to Lunch. He is in a local care home in Toft. And we had special arrangements. We did enquire about other eating establishments, but the Blue Lion was open on the day we wanted. We had...to have a separate table from the main restaurant area and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
