Fantastic lunch today with friends. Food was delicious Daisy our waitress was lovely, very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this fab restaurant for lovely home cooked food to suit every palate very well done

Tried to go for Lunch on BH Monday, Restaurant half full,all who seemed to be waiting for either food or drink, no front of house, no Servers, when we we eventually acknowled we we told almost gleefully at least an hour for food Left and went elsewhere, used to be fantastic

Don’t listen to the reviews below. Since the change of management in the restaurant the food here has got so much better. Me and my partner had the steak and the kids had burgers. The steak dishes were cooked to perfection and the wonderful little surprise of the mushroom pot pie that came with it was absolutely divine. Would recommend for couples as well as family meal out. Lovely views but service and food poor. Chips were grey as the potatoes were frost bitten, fish was thin, frozen, by the time I took the skin off it very little to eat. Mushy peas hard and bland, Had been looking forward to the meal after reading other reviews, the bread were best part of meal, sorry but won't be returning, especially when we told the waitress about the fish, and the answer was I'll tell the chef, but no apology or reduction in the bill.

Absolutely amazing, we came here on a whim from walking the fauld, the restaurant was full so we wasn’t sure if we would get a table but the manager was very helpful and accommodating and he made room for our party of 4 people. The service was great from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We had 2 steak dinners both cooked perfectly a burger oh my gosh it was amazing and a fish and chips. We were so full but decided to share desserts and I’m so glad we did as they were not to be missed with a chocolate fudge cake off the specials board and a tiramisu. I honestly couldn’t fault this place. We will definitely be back.

We’ve not been here in a while so thought we’d give it another go, was surprised that the restaurant was so empty for a Friday night but the bar was packed. It’s a big menu with lots of choice we both had three courses of wild mushroom arancini, buffalo hot chicken wings, the Korean chicken burger, fish and chips and then shared the homemade cookie sandwich. The food overall was very good our only criticism would be the chips were a bit blonde and you guys really need to invest in some new chairs! There is Peroni on draught to keep the husband happy and a good cocktail/wine list. Really do deserve to be busier, we shall be back. Speisekarte ansehen
