Done a good job with the decor. Great staff attitude. Wine overpriced and not very nice (rosé Food was a mixed bag. Some great parts, some very average.

This charming rural pub has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with incredibly friendly staff. The food is absolutely delicious, on par with a high-end restaurant. I would definitely recommend it.

we were at the cricketers for a family wedding close. the staff was very helpful and friendly. our room was excellent and comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities in our room and cookies. the food was nice. very generous portions. would definitely stay again and would recommend...family and friends.

We recently stopped by this restaurant for breakfast and received incredibly friendly service. We ordered the avocado toast with poached egg and bacon, which was not only very tasty but also freshly made. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and even has roaring fires, adding to the cozy atmosphere.

what a nice fund this pub of the beaten stretch, we booked for my husband birthday, we all had the carvary it was delicious, the staff was very friendly helpful, they decorated our table even leaving a birthday card on the table., we even took a teller for our son who could not do it will go back to 100%. This restaurant is a classic neighborhood pub. When we arrived, there were hardly any cars in the parking lot, but plenty of people walking in on foot. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. We sat by two roaring fireplaces during our visit. They also had strong WiFi, so I might consider this spot for a working lunch.

we had an excellent experience. my fiancée is vegetarian and I'm a direct, mixed grill. eat portioned massiw too big to be honest. I wanted to try the desserts, but we both had no room that left fresh, vibrant and tasty dishes and the...we were very nice, especially the cleaner/waitress is a good one for her business. we both thought her menu was absolutely spot. it is nice to see a place that serves incredible food at a great price. the garlic mushrooms were nice, thank you

On a very wet drive to collect a dining table (think biblical and rivers for roads) we were running late for a meal at a chain restaurant closer to home (Brighton) We happened across this pub and tried our luck for a table for 5...at 1700. Not only did they have a table but they had an all day Carvery and had just refreshed the veg. The food is large portions and so tasty! Our kids all had small servings and this was more than enough. The ‘adult’ medium was huge and I don’t think we would have managed the large plate. Puddings are as you’d expect from a local pub. Moorish and large portions.
