"Not our first visit and certainly not the last. The quality of service and food was exceptional, as always. From the mouthing (prepared especially for me by the chef Renaldo because I am a vegetarian) to the desserts everything is delicious, blend of exceptional flavors, Ronaldo certainly knows what he does. Each dish is presented exquisitely using plant-grown fillings around the restaurant. My wife started with home-made foie gras that she said delicious and that constituted a good portion. For a vegetarian, this restaurant is excellent with options on each dish that have been carefully designed by the chef and not only added afterwards, unusual for France but great to have such an excellent choice. At each visit, we note that the chef has added seasonal dishes and today has no exception. The asparagus blown was excellent with a delicious salad. My wife and father-in-law tried to blow him to the lobsters who didn't disappoint. For the sweets my companions returned to the blown Rhum and Grand Marinier that we had tasted previously while I tested a new offer of white and raspberry chocolate blown accompanied by a yusu jam, cultivated on a tree in the restaurant! It was delicious, so much so that my wife ate half of mine (but I had some of her cold blown in return). The restaurant is well presented, with the chef's wife in charge. It has a sense of design that makes it a pleasant environment to eat. Today, we had freshly cut lilies that looked simply beautiful. Finally, I couldn't finish the criticism without mentioning Jean Luc, the most excellent server that balances professionalism and friendliness and always has interesting stories to tell (in English and French, easily alternating). The blown cannot be pressed, so there can be a short waiting while they are freshly prepared, but you will not notice the time that passes with Jean Luc who provides the service. "We wanted to find a good restaurant to spend the evening. So we managed to get a table at the pat'daniel's! and we are not disappointed! We have spent a great time in this restaurant with the jack daniels's ffigie, the boss is excellent, with a decapant humor! The welcome is warm, and the place is very intimate (only 15 covered during this evening.) the menu is excellent (sweet with vegetables/ribs of pork at BBQ/tiramisu at jd,) pat the boss even helped with his isabelle wife. You see that pat is passionate about his work, which is great! We'll come back for sure because we've had a great evening!"

"The place offers very delicious salad bowls and wraps for food and freshly pressed juices and smoothies for drink. There are vegetarian, vegan and (some) meat options for the meals. The menu is available in French and English and the staff spoke both languages (and even German as it turned out). Overall, I can only describe the food (and also the juice) as delicious. With a salad bowl, there is always the risk of it leaning to much on the (more or less tasteless) salad side. However, my bowl was very tasty and had some really interesting flavors. It's a small place with only a couple of tables and seats. It is certainly not the right place for a glamorous dinner but, if you are just looking for something to eat (that does not consist of basically raw meat), this is the place to go."

"Hands down the best food I’ve eaten in Montpellier and one of the yummiest meals I’ve ever had. So many fresh flavor bombs. Max trained with Alain Ducasse, then opened this tiny unassuming restaurant, mostly take away but there is tiny a table outside for eating in. He has plans to expand! We had nachos, jerk chicken bowl and tortillas and they were unbelievably delicious. He’s also set up in the prettiest street in Montpellier in the Ancient Quarter next to a gorgeous English bookstore. Unmissable.
