Excellent cafe and cake shop. Freshly baked every day. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Wide choice of lunchtime snacks and cakes.

All the ladies here are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Service is great with food to match. Hog roast rolls are always a win for me. Well worth a visit

Been here some time ago and again Saturday 24th Feb 2025. Queued for ages last time but this time straight in. Great menu. food was delivered quickly and was lovely and price was ok

Popped in this cafe whilst visiting kings lynn,delightful place i especially like the booths more private,nice decor,nice variety off food and cakes,i will definitely pay a visit when in kings lynn again

Had lunch at The Filling Station Saturday...busy as it always is. Greeted by a lovely pleasant lady and shown to our table! Food came and was excellent, well presented and delicious! I have been going to the filling station for many years, the services is always fantastic, the food is varied and caters for all food types, I have had the hot roast, the serving was plentiful, so much I couldn’t eat it all, they let me take it away with me, I also had a latte which was the best in town! Such an asset to the town, would definitely recommend, and will be visiting again very soon!

I went here yesterday after reading great reviews and was not disappointed. My mum and me are Coeliac and explained this to them. They where very helpful and accommodated us easily even though was rush hour in there. The staff are lovely and friendly. We had a lovely pot of tea there and the food was delicious. I had a brie, cranberry and bacon on gluten free bread not toasted and was delicious. I did get food envy and my mother's chilli on jacket as was amazing! All come with side salad and dressing. Lovely local business not expensive and great for lunch. I will come back on my next visit to King's Lynn.

Quick lunch stop whilst shopping. Hadn’t been here for years. Wasn’t a particularly positive experience back then but reading recent reviews, thought I’d give this place another go. Polite and friendly staff, taken to a table quickly and the ordering process explained. The most Weird, not very pleasant chicken in the chicken tikka roll I ordered. Definitely didn’t have the texture of fresh chopped chicken. This was served with a small basic side salad containing sad looking limp cucumber curls. The food I was served seemed poor quality, really disappointing considering the price charged. Also to mention, the chairs were really grubby. Given my experience here I wouldn’t return.
