So annoying when the website allows you to book a table for bottomless brunch then the manager rings saying you can’t have it. Date night ruined

Excellent food (The Devil burger). Excellent service (Lilly). Great value for money. I particularly like they have Dom Perignon on the wine list. Were I not driving Id have had a bottle. Speisekarte ansehen

The food was delicious, but I was disappointed by the high prices and the addition of a 10% service charge to the bill. The service charge amounted to nearly £10 and the customer service was only average. This experience has deterred me from returning as I find it to be a bit cheeky.

Amazing place! Friendly attentive staff. Yes it’s a little pricey but it’s worth it for freshly cooked food and yes it takes a little longer to arrive but again it’s freshly cooked! I’d hate to order chicken and it be served to me within 10 minutes!! I believe if you’re in good company, you shouldn’t be checking your watch!!

Our first Christmas Dinner at The Firepit. Starters were nice Camembert, Ribs. Main Course dominated by a large, very dry Yorkshire Pudding. Small portions and poor quality of other ingredients 3 small Roast Potatoes, tiny stuffing, little gravy. Had to ask for salt Cranberry Sauce. Desserts Cheese Board very good, cheesecake not as advertised. Definitely not worth £100 inc. 1 drink. Speisekarte ansehen

So i got a steak on a stone. Ive had this many times and its my preferred choice. I got a sirloin steak, fully aware that it has more fat than other steaks, hence the taste. However, it was a 10oz steak, and honestly , 80% of it was fat, i could barely get my knife through it. I dont usually complain, but i was hungry and literally couldn't eat it. I sent it back to the kitchen, and it was agreed it was inedible......so i was offered 10% off!!!! 10% off a meal i could only eat 20% of!!! I will NEVER eat there again. Poor poor poor customer service and rubbish steak at a steak restaurant!!! Go somewhere else, save your money

Came for bottomless brunch yesterday, food was fantastic, good portions! Same can’t be said for the drink service, for a table that was only having shorts or Prosecco it was taking over 20minutes for each round! All of our food hadn’t come out when we got told we only had 15 minutes left and needed to order our last drink, I explained to the girl that each round was taking to long and that we was still waiting for previous drinks, to be spoken to very rudely and was told well you’ve had your moneys worth with the drinks you’ve already had!! Very under staffed only 3 waiter on trying to cover all the tables for brunches!! Would recommend for food but wouldn’t return for bottomless brunch agai...

So disappointed to arrive here for lunch with my husband. We were followed in by a delivery man who was promptly seen to before us. The waiter walked away with the delivery man without acknowledging us and we were left wondering if the restaurant was open at 1pm on a Thursday. A different waiter came back and seated us. We were the only people in the restaurant. Another couple came, were seated and their order was taken. We waited while we could see two members of staff on their phones or stood around. Still no one came to take our drinks and food order. We didn’t feel very welcome and decided to leave. When leaving a waiting called out “cheers” to us. I have eaten here before and the food i...
