We came here with the family over the bank holiday weekend bouncy castle outside kept the children entertained. We had some grazers from the menu and my husband had a mixed grill the food was lovely and quick for saying how busy it was

I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious curry that was specially adapted to meet my dietary needs. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, and the landlady went above and beyond with a smile on her face. I will definitely be returning.

We visited the restaurant this weekend and went for lunch on Easter Sunday. We had Beef and Turkey dishes, which were delicious and good value. The service was friendly and the meal selection was impressive. Congratulations to the new staff members.

Went last night for a few drinks with friends and my son. Under new management! Witch they are lovely. They have a big beer garden, with a big bouncy castle and and football goals.Very friendly atmosphere and great for the holidays if u have children

Recently visited the gate after bad experience with previous landlord-lady, must say the pub has been turned around and doing really well. Been tidy-up inside and out. Landlady and landlord very pleasant and welcoming. Can't wait to return when they have got the food up and running

Amazing family friendly pub! They make you feel extremely welcome and go above and beyond. Even when it's been hot weather they have given out free ice lollies/ice poles for the children to enjoy! Have also got a bouncy castle for the children which with the 6 weeks holiday is a life saver with children! Beer tastes amazing too! Never once had a bad beer!

We went for drinks but my daughter and her husband trued up and they had food. The pub was very very busy it was a lovely evening and the garden was packed out. My daughter and her husbands food arrived and they really enjoyed it. They said the food was very hot and it was lovely. So even though the pub was busy Stacey and her team done amazing. Well done to all of you as the meals have just started. You done great.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and found the new owners to be very welcoming. They are a lovely family who go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The bouncy castle is a great addition for children to enjoy while at the restaurant, ensuring they are not bored. The pub itself is well-maintained and clean. I was impressed to find a little box in the women's restroom with sanitary products and body sprays. It's the small touches like these that made our visit enjoyable. I will definitely be returning soon!

Terrible customer service skills by the manager!!! Went for a family meal we was told it was a limited menu that was ok so ordered off that ,but while we was eating other customers came in and ordered food from another menu ,we all ordered Sunday lunch the food not looking it’s best the gravy like brown water,beef burnt on one of the meals our family member went to return it and was told to “ cut the burnt off” and the rest was ok to eat ,what the heck, cheesy chips was fries with a lump of cheese dropped on top it was so hard it couldn’t be eaten ,we complained about these things and was told we didn’t have to pay for the beef dinner,when we went to pay a member of our party was told his pa...
