Excellent service and food. We now class the Handbridge as our local. We have never had a bad experience. The staff are all so friendly and make the place a great place to go to.

We recently visited The Handbridge for the first time in a long while, and we were not disappointed. Even though it was quite quiet that evening, we enjoyed a fantastic meal, and the service was outstanding. We're looking forward to returning with family on the 10th!

after it last minute to book somewhere in chester a chance on the handbridge as it only a short walk from the city center. at first entering the place was very quiet, but must say that the food and the services were both excellent and its scandal there was no more an atmosphere. The service was disappointing. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order, and then another 45 minutes for our food to arrive, which was also incorrect. We were the only diners, so it wasn’t a busy time. The menu, which was available online, didn’t cater well to vegetarians. The food also lacked seasoning and needed salt to be more palatable. I would not recommend this restaurant.

After waiting until the last minute to book a restaurant in Chester, I decided to try The Handbridge, as it was just a short walk from the city center. Upon entering, I found the place to be quite calm, but I must say that both the food and service were excellent. It's a pity there wasn't a livelier atmosphere.
