good location, scenic view, good service and average eating. very few options for vegetarian in main course. brownie was the high point during my visit.

hard boatyard is a bit of a mix for me. the place is fantastic with a wonderful view, but eating is not great. I would come here for drinks, but I would.

great location, eating is also ok. had a Christmas meal here with some friends recently was so much fun to have. the location is great at the river bank, which in the summer I am sure is a great delight. the food was well cooked and the service helpful. worth a visit.

here for dinner. the place was relatiw packed and outside seats were no option because it was cold. we ordered beer and the medium sea mezze to start. the starters were really good. for the net we ordered the margarita pizza and the spit fired huhn. both articles were beautiful, although not exceptional. ideal for lunch outside over the river and the boats. could have been better.

1st time here in 20 years arrived for our booking, registered my car for parking. Nick gave us choice of tables by river picked lovely coloured booth ... ordered main dessert ....food was really lovely, service was great, nothing a problem, we were not rushed either which was lovely ... decor was beautiful very warm and friendly venue would definitely go again would recommend beautiful real fire downstairs... very welcoming Speisekarte ansehen

Nestled somewhere on the banks of Thames along Portsmouth Road in Kingston upon Thames, this restaurant is the perfect location for that romantic dinner with your spouse that you 've postponing all this while. This restaurant is easy to miss as you 'd really not expect to find someplace so charming on a deserted lonely road. The food is also quite delightful and they 're merciful to the vegetarians as well with an exclusive menu for the ones who love green. Make sure to try out the 'Spit Roast Chicken ' which is cooked to perfection. They 've got it all. Great food and unbelievably good ambiance makes Hart Boatyard, a perfect dining destination.

nice location, eating ok, service could be better. the first time I went was not spectacular, but did the job. the food was above average and the Thai fish soup and the cesarsalates for the starters were good. a tad disappointing chicken and lamb served both lukewarm. to be honest, not much can they really complain how 2 courses were £14, so not much expected. the service at the bar was excellent and friendly, the table service left much to wish without interest to delete our table from tellers when we finish our starters and netzens. I would like to have someone at or near the door to show the best place, it was certainly not even half full of a beautiful sunny day and I would have liked to...

Riverside Delight!. Well situated venue, beautiful decor with an upstairs and outside decking with balcony. Ideal spot for an afternoon lunch during the summer and just as good inside in the spacious nicely lit interior. Large menu accomodating most tastes, all with grand titles instead of the bland burger in a bun . Does cater for children but is more enticing to the mature eaters. Food always well prepared and presented and of generous portions. Staff are always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The team there seem to run a good ship with all the staff providing to the overall feel of the place. Would suggest calling to book in advance if with a group as this place can get busy, howeve...
