Amazing stay! Upgraded our room to an amazing suite nothing was too much trouble. Food incredible. Staff friendly and helpful. The massage and spa facilities top quality. Me and girlfriend really happy and would defo recommend staying there just wow!!

We went for lunch yesterday, the staff, food and service were amazing also lovely grounds to the rear. Home house is not cheap but also it's not expensive considering the high standards and worth every penny. I would 100% recommend a visit Service: 5 Location: 5

I booked for our wedding anniversary. Very nice stay, staff were attentive and food ambience great! Our suite was really nice, one thing that I would have liked to see in the room though is a fresh coffee Nespresso machine. Spa treatments and staff fantastic! Would recommend and will stay again!

I've been here as a spa guest, a hotel guest and a wedding guest and I can say Holm House ticked all the boxes each time. A beautiful building, with well kept grounds. Gorgeous views and a lovely peaceful atmosphere. However I've been here the service has been second to none with all members of staff being attentive, friendly and welcoming. The spa is wonderful, as we're the treatments we received. The rooms as spacious, clean and modern. The food is always great quality. At my most recent visit I attended a full day wedding. Everything ran very smoothly and it was an absolute fabulous day.

We had a lovely time at Holm House. We stayed in a suite with gorgeous decked balcony above the spa with beautiful views of be coast. Our welcome was warm and friendly and our bags were carried to our room by the Manager. The room was lovely, classy touches, spacious with generous wardrobe space (plenty of hangers) with a lovely bathroom including standalone bath. We didn't eat in the hotel for the evening as we went out with friends but did use the spa before breakfast which was very relaxing. Breakfast was nice with good food quality. Holm House overlooking Penarth and the Bristol Channel, on a good day you can see Weston super Mare across the sea. Celebrating a 55th Wedding Anniversary with friends was a lovely venue and location for the celebration where the views are lovely. Food was excellent and a lovely pot of tea to finish. Plenty of sitting areas to make self comfortable. Dining room well appointed with sliding glass/wooden doors where you are able to experience the outside without being in the beautiful gardens they have there. We booked for Sunday lunch in the restaurant for a non guest table for two. First impressions: the decor was a little tired paintwork needing some attention on the walls re; chips and age related degredation) also poorly lacquered tables showing a drip edged finish our nice hot plates stuck to this surface). The salmon starter was beautiful, however the one main beef order was inedibly tough just awful and sinewy poor quality meat, the carving chef would have known this as he was plating) thankfully this dish was deducted from the bill.
