The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff were friendly and attentive! However, the atmosphere felt a bit dated, which might have been due to it being a Wednesday evening. Brilliant job at making the evening pleasant, even with a toddler in tow! The food came out in a timely manner and was great quality and didn't break the bank. The staff make you feel welcome and did anything to help me keep the little one entertained! The crownie dessert was amazing. The staff here was absolutely fantastic! I was a bit worried about trying to have breakfast alone with my one-year-old, but the personnel made it a breeze. They seated me so I could keep an eye on my child while I ate and offered me everything I needed. Dinner for my husband, son, and me was a little pricey, which is to be expected at any "carbahn restaurant," but the excellent service really made it worthwhile.

First time here probably be the last. Starter was garlic and herb mushrooms £5 only got 6 pieces and they were small. Main course was OK steak was cool but cooked to my liking veg was average. I'm getting to think brewers fayres are just there to satisfy premier inn customers convenience as they don't seem to attract many other people . this is a wonderful place to go and have to eat the quality is 2. to none, the personal is so helpful and friendly and there are many of the choice when they ever go. I was just for the breakfast, and I must say if they have it either from the buffet where they choose it themselves, or they have ordered it, there is always enough for them to enjoy. I've never been for lunch or dinner there, but from what I'm informed again, it's first great. if they love a big, dim breakfast, then this is an absolute must for them there is so much choice that they cannot complain. Disabled access is absolutely perfect as there are no steps, so ever hindering your way into this wonderful restaurant.

I was with a group of 20 , service was a disaster food took ages to arrive and my wife got the wrong pie . Waiter came back and told usthat the pie she orded was not avaiable so she chose another meal only to be told that it also was not available. We were on a two for one offer but he told her to order anithing on the menu at same price . She finaly got nice haddock and chips . Meanwhile the rest of the party were still waitng for there meals the final meal arived 45min after us . NOW THE MITIGATING FACTORS. The chef had to leave on urgent family business and the maniger had to step in ,not a chef. And barman played waiter. SO CONSIDERING THAT THEY COULD HAVE JUST CLOSED THE KITCHEN WE FORG...
