The room was OK, but a bit basic and despite a constantly flickering light it wasn't too bad as a place to stay. The grounds are stunning and the staff friendly, but the breakfast wasn't great and all in all, not sure it was as great as it could be. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 3

We had a girlie weekend. Hotel is good location. Staff friendly and breakfast was amazing. I was in a cottage which was lovely and we used it as the base which was great. Only comment would be that an umbrella should be supplied in the cottages as you have to walk over for breakfast. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

A really excellent experience in this hotel even though the wedding took place over the road. The breakfast was also excellent this morning! Afternoon tea was disappointing. There was no menu for tea or coffee; instead, we were given a pot of tea with just one tea bag, and the coffee tasted like it came from a touchscreen machine. The food could definitely use some improvement. The warm scones were probably the highlight of the selection. However, we were taken aback that we had to share a small pot of jam and cream. The venue itself was pleasant, with a large parking lot available, but I can't recommend their afternoon tea.

Food drinks: We had a slightly mixed experience having a lovely family birthday celebration at the Woburn Inn. Most of the food was absolutely yummy.. just a couple of the meals seemed like they had been waiting a long time and suffered for it. (Always tricky with table of 8) The people serving were really good.. kind, polite, lovely and attentive. The decor is lovely and the building is beautiful xxx The prices were as expected for a place as nice as this so a little on the expensive side but worth it.

The restaurant occupies a sizable building, complete with chalets in the back. The dining area feels a bit old-fashioned, reminiscent of a rustic café. The prices are on the higher side; for a brunch for two, including two alcoholic drinks, we paid about £66. I've definitely had better meals for considerably less. On the positive side, the service was commendable—both polite and prompt. Overall, I would consider this a rare experience, especially since you could enjoy a three-course meal for two, along with drinks, at a Harvester for the same price. Room rating: 4.
