My wife loves the sizzling chicken from this pub chain so we booked a table at King Henry to celebrate her birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and, as a surprise, the chef, Dale, personally served her a platter of chocolate, strawberries and sauce what a wonderful and thoughtful 'gift '. he started with tony served us drinks and tsking our order behind the bar, he was really asking about budgets and was so beautiful. Catie was our server and came to check on us and confirm the ingredients of our order, she was really smiling and helpful: eating was nice, found out that the kitchen staff are josh, georgina and so big in them! the best about burger I had. will be back soon. thanks to all of two happy and full pineapple

service was great! very personalized and attentive. eating was also very good and the orders were correct. an area of improvement would be waiting for our food. we had to wait until the food from the kitchen, about 40 minutes. *after learning that there was only one cook worked to get all food out, I want to change my evaluation easily and give kudos for the hard work to get good quality, while short handwork, and this is no longer a problem in my eyes.

We pre booked a table for 7pm. We were told to sit at any table. The only one available was dirty with left over food and empty glasses. We ordered drinks at the bar and a meal on the app. At no time we were told there was over an hours wait for food. When I queried how long the food would be after already waiting 40 minutes we were told at least another hour as there were 8 tables before us. We had no choice but to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. In reply to King Henry’s response. I have not received any contact from the Manager? I therefore cannot respond to it? Speisekarte ansehen
